One can get hardwood flooring any old place.

Cedar and Pine plank flooring is unique and becoming very desirable. Our demand for this product has doubled over the last five years.

This kiln dried lumber is well manufactured at 3/4" thickness with a guaranteed fit. There are relief grooves milled into the bottom of each plank to prevent cupping. The longer lengths (90% eight foot and over) and the snug fitting tongue and groove on the edges eliminate a need for a tongue and groove on the ends. Only a light sanding is required before the floor finish is applied.

Pre-finished flooring may be convenient but the floor is not sealed against moisture such as spills or leaks.
